Pile of hands from a team of teachers building trust and communication

Unlock Team Engagement Workshop

in ways that help them elevate trust!

This workshop is a sequel to the Engagement Is Key Team Workshop and provides a valuable follow on.

This six hour workshop provides connection, transformational shifts in thinking, new perspectives and a playful environment to reflect on your practices as individual early education professionals, as well as a whole team.

Revised National Quality Standards

We are here to assist you on your journey to meet the Revised National Quality Standards and in particular NQS Areas: QA: 4,5,6,7

Why should you book this workshop?

Your team enjoyed participating in the Engagement Is Key Team Workshop and created a powerful Team Engagement GAME Plan, however they are now struggling to build habits which enable them to embody the learning.

Your team are now ready to focus on their emotional health and design ways  they can individually and as a team develop successful habits that they can implement on a daily basis.

Build emotional health awareness and it's impact on the children and families you work with.

The overall objective of this workshop is to strengthen your teams ability to read the 'critter state' signs and symptoms and create ways to respond to the busyness and everyday challenges that early education environments inevitably experience, whilst staying grounded.

Your team will learn to:

  • Look back before looking forward - review what shifts and changes have taken place

  • Understand how your body uniquely communicates with you, how it starts moving into a stress response and whole brain state

  • Gain knowledge about the impact of emotional contagion and how it impacts the way you work

  • Create habits that stick and create positive change in your emotional health

  • Create a Team Road Map Response Plan that will enable you to interpret the signs and create sustainable habits and rituals that support you and your team.
